雖然好久沒有去西門上入門有氧了,
雖然現在都跑統領,
但是一樣可以達到通體舒暢的感覺,
現在開始一週一堂飛輪的課程,
上次上統領Ian的課程上到生不如死,
因為沒有好好的注意自己的呼吸,
也因為呼吸的紊亂導致整堂課的節奏,
回到家心臟整個很不舒服,
但是這次的這一堂課,
乖乖的聽教練的話注意自己的心跳,
果然心臟不舒服的情況就減少,
換來的是通體舒暢的感覺,
所以這告訴我們,
要聽教練的話啊。
