我是個為了減肥而慢跑的女孩。
跑得很慢,因為真的沒那麼多體力XD
但是每次跑都會持續至少30~40分鐘,
400m的操場大約會跑個10來圈
但是因為真的跑得不快,所以沒有很喘很喘的感覺
雖然說停下來時也是需要走一圈才能平復,而且腳會一直發軟這樣
想問說這樣的運動量夠嗎?
因為很希望總有一天有勇氣報半馬... 也默默希望自己再瘦下來XD
大家會建議我什麼呢>"< 謝謝大家!
