昨天去上課.遲到了15分鐘左右
所以熱身我都沒做到- - 直接就下去開始做動作
有感覺到沒熱身真的差很多
動作做的很不順.呼吸也不順
還連上了兩堂課
昨天有很多要挺腰的動作 (就是那個身體彎成L型屁屁要翹高的)
我好像做成折腰了 O___Q
回家只覺得很累.睡一覺起來腰超 級 痛 的
尤其是要彎腰的時候
請問這是動作做錯拉傷了? 還是單純我沒熱身的關係?
那我今天的課還要去上嘛 /______\
