每天利用放學的1805~1900於操場慢跑,應該跑個幾時幾圈才夠呢?運動完應該怎麼吃才不會復胖呢?這樣1個月會瘦1~2kg嗎?真的可以在一年內瘦15kg嗎?每天喝一杯無糖綠茶有用嗎?幫我安排星期日一整天的運動時刻表吧~~謝謝!我只是個窮學生~~想用最原始的方法瘦下來!也請各位幫幫我囉:-*
