我每天都會做下列運動不知是否會長高~1.跑1.5~2公里的操場~~晨跑2.伏地挺身30~40下3.每天打籃球差不多20~30分鐘這樣會算過度嗎?我現在國一身高150左右體重38或是誰可以幫我做一張體能練習表~晚餐都不知道要吃啥幾乎都吃外面的附近有便當自助餐水餃鍋貼之類的店誰可以建議我晚餐要吃啥會長比較高??題�
