輕鬆跑會少肌肉? - 路跑 Road Running

各位跑友大家好
之前因為減肥,有嘗試跑步(7分~8分速)
大多輕鬆跑,速度也很慢,
每週四天(二天平日約半小時,假日各約一小時)
周跑約30公里左右,月跑120-150公里
體重也因為控制飲食+運動,有降下來,
從78公斤降到58公斤,花一年的時間(身高170)
但一些朋友建議說這樣肌肉太少了,看起來太瘦了
要少輕鬆跑
多跑速度類的質量跑
其實我的跑步的目的是身體健康
不知道一直輕鬆跑
這樣會不健康嗎?
看了很多訓練計畫,目前還沒勇氣嘗試
