輕度跑步適合這鞋款嗎 - 路跑 Road Running

我有到亞瑟士測量過,
寬桓要到3E,偏低足弓,
以前不知道買鞋還要注意到寬桓,
所以總覺得鞋子很"擠",
跑步的頻率大概一個禮拜最多兩次,
每次半小時,
上網收尋3E,
收尋到美津濃 MAXIMIZER 18 (抱歉網址我要貼上來一直被擋掉),
好像不是屬於低足弓所要的穩定型,
但我屬於輕度的跑者,是否沒差呢?
