我大概一個禮拜前開始跳鄭多燕跳精簡15分鐘和瘦臀瘦腿瘦腹的(每天)到今天我突然感受到我的小腿肌是似乎變大了我是容易下半身肥胖者而且本來就有一些肌肉在我不想把原本不是肌肉的變成肌肉啦而且小腿量也粗了0.5還有跳鄭多燕會不會瘦到胸部阿我胸部已經夠小了我不想再瘦到可是我運動又容易受
