我國2身高170體重63我最近想減肥雖然我表面看起來不肥可能是身高拉的巴但是仔細捏我其時贅肉超多大腿內側胸部==肚子我男的胸部真的....還有臉真的超圓我是1早餐吃的多2中餐吃一點半碗份男生嗎==3晚餐只吃水果+喝水請問這樣可以瘦??大概多少或者大大有沒有更適合我的國2的喔大概就我的能力所能做�
