跳有氧的好處 .... - 有氧運動 Aerobics

大家都熱愛有氧, 大部份的人也跳了一段時間了,
你/妳覺的跳有氧的好處是什麼呢?
1. 身體變健康 (跳一年了, 我都沒感冒過.)
2. 體力變好 (有一次去爬山, 覺得好輕鬆. 游泳? Easy!)
3. 認識新朋友 (很好啊! 很好啊! 很好啊!)
4. 增進許多保健/飲食知識 (嗯... 這個很重要!)
靜態課程(Ex, Balance, Yoga...) :
1. 肌力變強~
2. 身體比較穩定~
3. 常伸展/拉筋, 柔軟度變好~
動態課程(Ex, Hi-Lo, Step...) :
1. 反應變佳? (我也不知道反應在生活是不是真的~)
2. 大腦得到 Balance? (因為都會左右邊各跳一次, 不知道會不會得到 balance?)
3. 記憶變好? (我也不知道反應在生活是不是真的~)
