路跑新人訓練問題 - 路跑 Road Running

版上路友日安,目前蝦78亂訓練差不多4個月
小弟我先附上身體素質:
性別:男
身高: 180
體重: 95
目前只會在平日晨跑,練習量8k(平日晨跑約3-4次)
可以50分內跑完
下午體能時間會玩各種不同的運動項目
如果下午選擇跑步的話會在跑4-5公里左右
三千公尺測驗最佳成績為14:22(是的,就是國軍)
假日的話只跑下午,基本從5k起跳
然而上週休假日分別跑了10跟11k

均速都一樣,呼吸也很安穩沒有喘不過氣的感覺。
想詢問
1.如果以3000m跑進14分為目標的話,是不是繼續累積跑量就可以了呢?還是得開始加入間歇訓練呢。
2.小弟於十月有一場舒跑杯9.7km,人生第一場,未來可能也會開始挑戰半馬,該如何在長跑中提高均速?
3.因為平時晨跑已經是固定板路,所以沒辦法不跑。
考慮到休息問題,假日練跑是否繼續維持10km左右?抑或是降低假日練跑量呢?
