跑馬拉松股四頭肌或小腿會抽筋 - 路跑 Road Running

半馬好像不會有這個問題,但全馬的時候就會有這問題了> <"
我一週大概練跑2~3次,每次都跑6K、7K左右~
平日都在wg的跑步機練,假日就會去公園或操場跑
不曉得為什麼跑全馬的時候,股四頭肌特別容易抽筋,偶爾小腿也是
跑到最後根本跑不太下去,還要在路上跟阿姨或姐姐要肌熱噴噴~"~
好想要跑5小時以內呀~~~XD
要如何加強這兩部位抽筋問題?還是就單純跑不夠多...
或者去健身房特地練這兩個肌群嗎?我都只會深蹲和單腿蹲說...
