跑長距離的發泡錠推薦 - 路跑 Road Running

為了年底的半馬,明年全馬準備
現在每天上班前跑10km(每公里約5分半)
假日一天跑20-30km(每公里約6分)
若跑10km以上每10km會吃半條711大豆營養棒(可可香橙)
我試過威in果凍不喜歡所以吃不下去
我不喜歡喝運動飲料,所以運動只喝水
但很怕跑長途會抽筋(跑30km有快抽筋的fu)
有一次喝到朋友給的發泡錠好喜歡喔
可是他說他是朋友剛好去德國或捷克請人帶回來的
想問台灣(我住東海)可買到不錯的發泡錠嗎
沒有好市多卡XDDD
