跑量與跑速的選擇 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟目前的訓練量
平日晚上如果有跑大概都跑10k
放鬆的配速大約是5:30/1KM
緊繃一點可以跑5:00/1KM 左右
但是如果跑到5分速可能隔一天就一定要休息,因為大腿很緊繃
回去後用滾筒也幫助有限 (可能年紀30出頭了也是有差)
想請問這樣對於菜單的安排 對於追跑量與追跑速
會造成訓練方向的何種差異呢?
我自己不專業的看法是
想提昇跑速 勢必會需要追跑速
想更從容的完成辦馬全馬勢必也需要追月跑量
大家可以分享一下嘛? 謝謝
