請問一下,我大約在獅頭山最後下坡大腿抽筋,跑二十多個馬,這是第一次,當時從出發
一路跟345列車都還跟得上,大約接近37k結果列車長突然提醒說下坡要小心放慢配速別太
快,不然可能會抽筋的時候,就突然感覺大腿後側肌肉躁動,正當要放慢速度
,結果大腿很不爭氣就立刻抽筋了,只好含淚目送345列車遠離。
比賽睡前一包bcaa,起跑前能量膠和bcaa各一,起跑後15k bcaa 一包,接下來20公里後
每5k個一包能量膠
每站都有進水站,單純喝水,因為覺得能量膠和bcaa應該有很多電解質,就水站沒喝運動
飲料,抽筋會不會是這原因?
還是說就只是天氣熱兼有坡度,所以練不夠速度沒到那才抽筋,如果是這原因,那平常如
何練習?因為平常lsd也不會練到36k,也不知道比賽時會不會又重蹈覆轍?
因為想檢討一下原因,想請教前輩們,謝謝囉
