我平常在練跑的距離大約是10k
大概在7-8k開始腳弓會痠@@
這樣是正常嗎?
速度大約是1公里6分多
有時候屁股會痠
但都覺得不會累如果不痠應該可以跑更長
之後要參加半馬所以很擔心會不會影響到
跑長距離時痠哪裡才正常呢@@
BTW我小腿大腿好像都不痠的樣子
大家都痠哪呢?
