小弟想透過慢跑減肥,順便訓練肺活量,
這學期每星期至少都有二到三天會去慢跑,
跑了到現在應該三個月了,也大概瘦了3公斤,
臉變尖了,上半身感覺也瘦了點,唯獨腳沒瘦!?
慢跑頻率通常都是做一休一或休二,
但這三天因為把握天氣好會自己去,加上朋友找我跑,
也就一連跑了三天,400m的操場,
三天分別跑了15、12、10圈,
但今天脫下鞋發現竟然長了兩個水泡,
一大一小,都在左腳右側的腳底板,
然後我就Google了一下,
原因可能太常跑,或鞋子太潮濕,
但我每次跑完都有塞報紙外加拿到頂樓通風,
結果還是造成了,不知道還有什麼方法可以防止長水泡?
