我以前也常感冒,常運動完後隔一天就感冒!後來學會了…保暖很重要!
因為體溫下降免疫系統也會下降,這時特別容易感冒!
請記得多帶一套衣服及毛巾,尤其是冬天,跑完後汗擦乾,換上乾衣服!
感冒的機率會大大降低的!
