小弟有在健身房重訓的習慣
重訓完通常會慢跑 我通常設定SPEED 9..然後跑35分鐘左右(大概一個禮拜跑三次)
最近有參加一個3千公尺小比賽~11月初要比
參加原因是想PUSH自己有氧減脂..還有加強自己的心肺
請問要怎麼再跑步機上練三千..?
我知道去操場跑比較有效~一個禮拜大概會去操場跑一次(約40分)
速度跟坡度該如何設定?兩個月能跑進13分嗎(畢竟都報名了~不想輸人家太多)
PS之前跟著部隊跑三千..19分(我是替代役)
