跑步時右腹痛 - 運動傷害與保健 Sport injury and Athletic Training

本身是個常運動的人
一直都有保持規律的運動習慣
然後昨天在學校操場練間歇 200M*8(趟)*2(組)
跑到第二組的大概第四趟
就感覺到右側腹(倒數兩根肋骨那)開始疼痛
後來問田徑隊的學長
學長說那是熬夜太兇 傷到肝的關係
(聽說 左腹痛是胃 代表吃太飽 右腹痛是肝出問題...)
(的確這一陣子作息都很不正常......)
然後跑完最後一組
感覺那個地方快爆炸了
痛到連走路都很吃力
本來想說休息一天就會好
結果今天練球前的跑步暖身
只是慢跑 竟然也開始痛
現在發現連小跑步都有問題
我想請問一下
這個現象是多休息就會好了嗎
還是在飲食上也要多加注意
或是我該去看個醫生了呢?
