跑步心態的克服 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好, 小弟曾經也是很熱愛跑步, 心態方面
一直抱持著"想運動, 不想變胖", 前半年本來是
跑跑步機的, 可是也沒有每天跑, 就是因為會懶
開始報了賽事之後, 心態上就"有比賽的督促,
一定要持續下去", 也真的很有效果, 開始
跑長距離訓練, 一星期有時候跑三天, 一天跑15K以上
馬拉松說多不多, 報了兩個半馬, 就衝了一個全馬,
享受到的就是完賽的一個快感, 拿到獎牌跟完賽證明
就是一個爽字,
但是問題來了, 跑長距離訓練真的很辛苦(小弟也不知道
是否叫"長", 至少距離在17~18K左右, 一個星期大概3天)
跑比賽的時候更難受, 但是心態上都還能調整, 但每次
跑完半馬或全馬的幾天, 要再跑步卻是非常排斥, 覺得"
好累~好辛苦~~為什麼要這樣折磨自己~囧", 有時候會因為
這種心態讓自己完全廢掉, 持續快一周才慢慢恢復, 但其實
內心深處真的不喜歡長距離訓練的痛苦(尤其呼吸跟身體真的
超難撐~~), 我曾經告訴自己"沒有難受, 只有不習慣", 但內心
其實很排斥~
最近因為七八月太熱沒有報賽事(可能是藉口吧~囧), 想去練跑
一直提不起勁, 我知道是內心深處那種"排斥"嚴重發作了,
兩個月下來訓練量大幅下降, 有時候兩個禮拜都不想跑~~>"<
結果就發生惡性循環, 不想跑->放空->罪惡感, 出門練習->跑步
當下很難過(因為太久沒練, 整個呼吸跟肌力嚴重退步), 心理很厭惡
->隔天要跑, 又不想跑
這樣的心態到底要怎麼克服, 我前半年還可以跑17~18K阿, 還一直
期待比賽的來到, 想不到才兩個月沒報比賽, 竟然自己就完全放棄狀態了,
又一直沒辦法調整>"<, 眼看下半年也報了五六場馬拉松, 真的很惶恐
大家都怎麼克服這樣的心態呢, 或是能給小弟一些建議都好...
(真的喜歡完賽的當下, 但過程真的好累好難過, 訓練更難過...哀)
這樣的心魔真的很討厭, 可是就是戰勝不了....Orz
