跑步後入睡困難 - 路跑 Road Running

初次來到貴版,請大家鞭小力點^^;;
最近開始練跑,訓練方式是下午5點半開始
先快走操場20-30分鐘
接著跑三圈(速度盡量控制在6分鐘左右)
然後一圈快走.一圈慢跑這樣交叉練習
全部時間約1個小時左右,跟著就是拉筋收操
大概晚上7點左右結束
這樣訓練了兩次後,我發現晚上精神變得有點亢奮
10點半上床睡覺要翻好久到快12點才勉強睡著
請問有人也有這樣的經驗嗎?又該如何改善呢?
