跑步完腳趾根部不適 - 路跑 Road Running

為了體能測驗幾乎每天練慢跑3k
練到小腿肌耐力夠了再拼速度
不過今天跑完 覺得右腳的食趾 中趾根部會有點不適 還不到痛
就是要蹬腳用到的那塊 已經冰敷 但還是一樣
是身體再告訴我要休息嗎@@" 其實我也沒有每天跑 因為知道要適度休息
還是多跑幾次就會改善了??
