跑步姿勢請教 - 路跑 Road Running

我的速度大約是5:35的配速跑十公里,用手機節拍器設定180步頻。
自己看過的感想:好像會仰頭,而且頭晃動幅度有點大
屁股好像應該要往前?感覺我屁股有點向後翹
身體要打直?這很明顯身體有點彎彎的
