跑步也有flow? - 路跑 Road Running

小弟最近開始慢跑,大約固定每周三次以上,每次6公里左右,
通常三公里之前都會覺得沒有很進入狀況,也比較累,是最想
讓人停下來的一段。但是我發現超過三公里之後,呼吸會突然
變成另一種狀態,感覺就是要一直跑下去停不下來的的感覺。
不過也要專注跑才能維持這狀態。
想請問一下大家是不是也是這樣?另外好奇是不是在繼續跑,
又會有另外一個瓶頸或是高峰出現呢?大約在幾公里時?
