想請問有甚麼方法可以讓跑步的距離變長,時間更久呢?
中間完全不能停下來,基本10公里.....
這樣的目標有甚麼練習的方法可以達到呢 ?
每次都沒辦法到10公里,頂多就7-8公里,
不知道是心理因素還是生理因素,也有想過要慢慢跑,但是就會變成忽快忽慢,
呼吸節奏也亂掉,(應該說原本就沒甚麼節奏了),
1.5公里大概跑9分鐘,有時候跑了3-5公里就很喘,然後一停下來就沒有動力在跑下去了
常常這樣,有時候心裡胡思亂想就還可以跑到7-8公里,但是如果很專心的跑,
邊跑邊注意身旁一起跑步的人,或是再算跑幾公里,這時候就會很快就沒力了.
也跟自己說速度再慢一點,再慢一點,再堅持一點....但是就是沒辦法持久....
唉.....
另外想問跑步這種東西是不是也是要講求天份的?
有些人平常沒甚麼再跑步,但是卻可以一次跑個一小時不休息,
但是像我這種1.2天就跑一次的,雖然距離很短,但是卻好像完全沒效果,
這是練習不夠,還是也要講求天份的?
