各位跑者好
第一次在這發文
小弟原本沒在跑步
六月中確診剛康復被同事抓去跑半馬
中間開始練跑 每週三次
本身有重訓 每週三次
剩下一天走路恢復
但比賽當天成績不理想(心率爆)
雖然有跑完
以下為21k 夜跑成績

姓別:男 身高173 體重69 年齡快36
由於我以心率區間去跑
發現跑步心率很高
現在主要想先提升5k跟10k成績
如果現在每週兩到三次的練跑
建議用輕鬆跑練一陣子再穿插
其他訓練跑法嗎?
