前2天都跑了10公里
我一直以來都只能跑8-9分速而已
有點想提高速度
但是就會累 也怕跑不久
都自己亂試 但怎麼跑都8分up
還是其實跑身體健康的也沒差?
只是這樣10公里要跑1個半小時好久喔
(想省一點時間)
還有...我終於比較能流汗了
國中小早上升旗曬太陽看同學衣服都會濕掉
我都不會欸....
之前5公里跑一陣子了
每次都額頭有點黏黏的而已@@
這2天是脖子有一點點濕濕的
頭就前面瀏海有點濕這樣

代謝感覺真差 哈哈哈哈哈
另剛剛爬文才知道可能身體不習慣 亢奮
昨天6點前醒
今天5點前醒
而且很確定是清醒不會想睡覺的那種@@
之前可能都6:30-7:00
應該跟我忽然跑比較遠有關~

我是從11月中開始都用跑
之前都快走
11月初是跑跑走走
跑從3公里 一天一天加一點點到5公里的

滿想跑快一點點
不然之後應該又回去跑5公里了XD
上班日沒那麼多時間@@
