跑山路練習方式 - 路跑 Road Running

平常沒什麼機會跑山路
只有比賽的時候才會跑到
所以很不擅長,一直抓不到竅門
大多都只能連續跑100多步
就開始用走的,然後再跑100步
(這還是體力旺盛的時候)
上週風櫃嘴比賽
用比較慢的速度(約七分速)
發現勉強可以一直跑,但中間小休了幾秒鐘
一直到上去5公里的時候
就沒辦法連續跑了..
大家一開始練山路時,都是怎麼練的呢
1.很喘很喘的時候,也硬撐上去,撐過就是你的
2.盡量跑,真的喘很大就先用走的緩和,然後再繼續..
不知道那個效果比較好
我相信練山路對跑步成效一定很好
因為我有個同事,2014櫻花初馬跑520
結果2015田中馬居然發現他已經能跑到34X
進步之神速
