開始練SLD後,
發現我只要跑超過一小時左右 脖子後面連接背那邊(不知道正確名稱)
會整個很痛很僵硬。
是我沒做好暖身還是姿勢不正確啊?
(如果只跑個半小時 不會有這種問題)
