跑姿 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟是最近開始為了健康開始慢跑的人
剛開始跑幾天是大腿會痠
現在是只追求可以持續跑的時間(大約40分)
步追求距離和時間長度
但是肌肉適應後 就開始不會有鐵腿的情形
看過板上文章後
有三個問題想請教
我本來跑法比較類似前腳掌著地的跑法
但是下面網站

我看他的步伐 類似於腳跟著地後 在用腳尖踏出
但是看板上文章有些說不要用腳跟去跑步
想請問一下正確的步伐應該要怎麼踏
以及手部的擺動
目前我的手部擺動方式 是在身體兩側前後擺動
有看到精華區說不要像打拳擊的姿勢
最後是如果是想讓自己體力變好的方式
要加快速度跑一樣時間還是維持速度跑更長時間呢?
