跑大概2K 小腿外側很緊!(已爬文) - 路跑 Road Running

一直都有運動的習慣,最近兩星期開始跑步訓練,一星期跑三次,平均6公里左右(按照
Nike+ 訓練) 昨天一開跑還好,大概2K之後,兩腿的小腿外側變得很緊,越跑越緊,
之後伸展一下 比較鬆就繼續跑。今天再去嘗試也是這樣,2K 之後又開始緊,
跑完休息之後又沒有感覺,請問一下這樣的情況是不是小腿累了,
需要減少跑的距離?還是暖身需要再做久一點?
煩請有碰到這樣問題的大大,分享一下經驗,謝謝。
