賽前受傷啦~~囧 - 路跑 Road Running

跑步到現在也將近一年了,從一開始的3KM喘噓噓到前一個月富邦半馬PB 1:44
雖然板上很多高手,但是我還是覺得自己從不運動到現在,能有這樣的成績很厲害 XD
我也希望有朝一日自己也可以像板上的高手們一樣行雲流水~
不過呢,我還沒跑過全馬
而一直沒有報全馬的原因就是想要找一場有指標性的賽事,然後第一次全馬就SUB 4 XD
於是我報了今年的東馬,然後自己排了賽前四個月的課表
前兩個月都完全按表操課~那時候還想說自己說不定真的可以SUB 4跑完全馬!
殊不知........就在一個月前杯具了......orz
腳踝內部的滑液囊發炎
囧
聽了醫生建議休息了一個禮拜~休息的時間真是度日如年啊~(茶)
但因為我想要跑的更長遠,所以還是強迫自己專心休養了~反正離東馬還有將近兩個月~
於是,一個禮拜過去了~好了!不痛了!!傑克太神奇!繼續按表操課!!
............兩個禮拜過去,又杯具了 囧rz
但是這次換阿基里斯腱附近的滑液囊發炎(也就是較外側的滑液囊)
還有腳背關節使用過度有點疼痛 QQ
又去看了醫生,醫生說:
因為是發炎初期,休息六個禮拜吧~
(六個禮拜吧~六個禮拜吧~禮拜吧~拜吧~吧~)謎之回音
六個禮拜?!阿這樣東馬不就結束了~~阿我的初馬SUB 4不就"出去!現在"了嗎 囧
不過復健科醫生知道我的狀況,所以他說了一段有趣的話(醫生以前跑田徑的)
"身為一個醫生,我會要你休息六個禮拜,但身為一個運動員.......你就跑吧!"
阿~~豪桑西好難取捨啊!~~但還是得休息我想 T_T
不過既然東馬都報了,機票飯店都訂了,旅遊行程都規劃好了 XD 我還是決定要跑完它!
只是SUB 4真的就要出去現在了
目前打算休兩個禮拜到過年後,剩大約28天的時間慢慢再把心肺拉回來
過年可能就盡量作避開大量使用腳踝的重訓跟核心,希望可以盡量把退步程度降到最低.....orz
阿~~~可以正常跑步比賽的人們阿~~~平日要多注意保養啊~~~千萬不要像我一樣賽前大杯具
