買新跑鞋請教 - 路跑 Road Running

跑步地點/地面:操場或一般柏油道路
足弓、足內翻程度:應該都在正常值,不過目測感覺比較偏向低足弓

狀況:自己本身似乎有點玻璃腳,右腳膝蓋跟腳踝的傷一直無法痊癒
(目前跑2-3K就會有耶為疼痛)
參加過6-7場路跑 最多跑到11K,希望明年可以參加半馬甚至全馬
現在穿RIDER17
其他特殊需求:包覆性佳 緩衝性好
目前爬文後考慮inspire11 或UA fortis
預算:5K內
