請問各位高手一個問題
如果我的E心率經計算,落在140-153間
這時我每週排四天,每天50分鐘要來訓練E心率
那心率控制是
1.從開始跑到結束50分鐘內都要在140-153內(最高心率不超過153)
2.還是50分鐘跑完,運動手錶顯示的總平均心率在140-153即可(但在50分鐘慢跑之間,心
率會超過153,例如最高到160)
