每次跑步距離or時間:8~10K/40~55min
跑步地點/地面:400M操場
距離用餐時間:晚餐,約莫1.5~2個小時
是否有做暖身?暖身時間、方式?15min左右,下半身多為腳踝繞圈、弓箭步
、低壓腿、操場慢走前/後抬腳...等
是否有做收操?收操時間、方式?慢走1圈、單腳單邊坐姿前壓腿、低壓腿
、腳背上抬壓小腿
疼痛部位?請形容一下您的疼痛?右腳腳踝向上延伸5CM處
想來請教慢跑版的眾神人們,小弟目前慢跑天數為11天,累積里程數為95KM左右,
而總是有某幾天裡 _右腳踝內側_ 會隱隱作痛,如圖紅圈處 http://ppt.cc/dV8X
用手按壓感覺硬硬的有點像骨頭,目前穿的鞋子就一般跑鞋,是acsis的T025N,
而自己感覺在跑的時候速度變慢的時間大約是在6km~8km處(撞牆期??),之後速度又
會再拉回來,再跑感覺就挺輕鬆的像一開始一樣可以一直跑,像今天就一直跑了35圈
,在這之前我有去爬文關於高/低足弓、腳板內/外旋等相關文章,說真的其實還是
看不太懂,也不會判斷自己在跑的過程中腳板到底是如何作動的。
所以才想請問:1.請問這種疼痛是因為變慢的那段時間腳步重拖造成的嗎??
2.還是根本就全程跑步的姿勢不對?(這個小弟我也不知道怎麼看)
3.其實是長短腳的原因造成的(我的右腳比左腳短約1公分多)
還請版上各位神人有相關的見解可以為小弟解惑嗎??
如果有類似的問題已解決還請告知小弟自D。
