各位前輩好
我年齡快30歲, 身材滿瘦小的155/50,目前每個月150-200km左右
每周大約3-5天,平常下班後都去跑400M的操場8-10k(通常是跑一休一)
假日偶爾會跟人家去輕鬆跑半馬左右LSD (山路或平路)
目前平常操場跑10k大約在48分-52分附近(看狀況)
我每km要提升15-20秒真的是會喘不過來,腿也是感覺很快就沒力了...
跑操場比跑外面馬路快是真的..山路更慘就不說了...
其實我沒有在用什麼課表~只要早點下班有時間和身體狀況不錯就會去跑一下操場就是
還沒參加過路跑活動,但猜測目前半馬在最佳的情況會落在1h50m左右吧(太有自信?.哈)
最近想要訂一下目標跑進1h40m門檻,這目標會不會離我太遠?
不知道有什麼好的訓練方式,想聽聽版上跑友們一些經驗,萬分感謝^^
