請教訓練菜單,準備三月中的半馬 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟大概兩個月之前開始有跑步的習慣,
目標是希望能參加三月中的縱谷超級馬拉松的半馬組,
目前一次幾乎都跑6K,成績大都落在33分左右,
只跑過兩次10K,大概要56分左右,
想請問如果以我目前的狀況,在三月中想參加半馬,
如果要在3hr內完賽,之後的訓練該怎麼安排會比較好呢?? 謝謝。
