小弟3/20欲參加桃園的二鐵比賽
(跑5公里 騎自行車20公里 再跑5公里)
想把成績壓到80分內完賽
所以特來請教板上各位高手
哪種訓練菜單對這種運動型態轉換的比賽有比較好的效果

個人近期成績 三千11"17 五千20"12
每周約可練4~5天 每天1.5小時
