請教--短期半馬2hr練法 - 路跑 Road Running

自主練習每週約2-3次,都10km附近,(5'45'-5'50',大概都接近1小時內可跑完)
近兩場半馬約2時15分,15km以後都會抽筋或快抽筋,跑走跑走完成。

3/20台南古都馬拼目標2hr內完工,前輩有沒有建議短期的練法?
1.LSD?只剩三週,頻率要多久ㄧ次?建議配速及里程是多少?
2.想買鹽錠來抗抽筋(短期肌耐力無發快速提升下),建議服用量?幾k吞?或是有其他方
式?
