請問陽明半馬該怎麼準備 - 路跑 Road Running

同事約我跑陽明山那場..
本來想報5km組的 後來想想哪有越跑越回去的道理
一時衝動下就報21km了..
然後上來看到有人說初半馬選這場滿硬的
於是我就開始害怕且擔心了
目前最長距離約跑過12km 且幾乎是平地..
週練習量約是30km(一週三次)
請問接下來我該怎麼惡補才有辦法完賽
成績爛沒關係 我只希望不要坐上收容車就好 謝謝..
補充一下:速度的話大約落在每小時跑8.8km到9.2之間.^&%$#*
