慢跑時間與距離的問題? - 路跑 Road Running

一直有一個疑問
假設目前盡力跑步的速度大約為 3km/16min
而開始採取每天跑30min的訓練(距離不限 只是把速度放得更慢 固定跑30min)
這樣持續1~2個月之後
再試著盡力測試跑3km
時間會不會有明顯的進步呢??
