上課教的動作
平躺在地上
--> 膝蓋打直,腳旋空45度
--> 上半身出力旋空,看手能抓到哪裡,手要一直維持住
我只能手碰到膝蓋 ....0rz
老師抓到腳扯
然後我看其它的成員,幾乎都能到腳踝 or 小腿(腳踝至膝蓋的中間)
至於我,手只能碰到膝蓋 ....0rz....怎麼這麼弱 @@
請問這個動作單純是腹部沒力嗎?
還是還有其它的因素?我想要一併加強
