各位網友早安,小弟很不專業跑22k,在大約3公里、7公里處騎機車在草叢放各2個水瓶(
加鹽)共4瓶,自己身上放一罐,跑到11公里處折返,後面路段因為機車無法進入所以沒
辦法事先騎去放水瓶,等於過7公里後我跑到11公里再折返回7公里處,中間8公里只能靠
身上水瓶,整個路程大概也喝了1500,不過結束後還是有些輕微中暑症狀,請問是水不夠
多嗎?還是鹽不夠多?還是是因為碳水不足要在帶板上說的羊羹?如果吧水中的鹽換成舒
跑會比較好嗎?
最後有個問題是大家跑半馬以上都會騎車先自己去設補給站嗎,感覺有點麻煩,自己背水
又很不方便,小弟是沿路喝還回收空瓶,最後邊跑提著一袋空瓶向在撿回收的,有專業的
解決裝備嗎?
