anterior shin splint(脛前疼痛)
˙發生原因:
脛前疼痛是由脛前肌所引起的,脛前肌的功能是使踝關節做背屈(勾起來的動作),
因此不論走路或是跑步都需要脛前肌運動。
因此造成脛前疼痛的原因主要是overuse、不當的訓練和不正常的力學作用。
˙處理方式:
急性期應該施予冰敷以降低疼痛和發炎的情形。運動時可以以肌內效貼布分散脛前肌
所承受的壓力。最重要的是,應該要避免過度的訓練,適當休息,避免引發疲勞性骨
折。
另外,踝關節的肌力與柔軟度不足也是造成鏡前疼痛的重要原因。
所以建議您跑步前一定要做好熱身,近期內如果還是不舒服就休息不要過度的練習,
嚴重的話還是看醫生會比較好噢!
