請問跑三千公尺如何進步? - 路跑 Road Running

小弟退伍8年了
看著日漸發福的身軀與大大的肚子
今年開始跑步與健身,剛開始跑三千的時候
落在13分30秒,每個禮拜練跑一次經過半年來到
12分33秒,但後面這幾個月瘋狂健身後體重不減
但跑步卻越跑越慢 目前三千只有13分03秒
想問健身變壯是不是可能導致我跑三千退步的原因
還是每週練跑次數太少呢
因為膝蓋有跳躍膝問題所以每週只敢練跑一次3K
小弟希望能練到三千12分出頭 謝謝大家
小弟身高177 體重82 公斤,33歲
