請問跑三千 讓成績進步的方式 ?? - 路跑 Road Running

請教一下
小弟不是專業跑友 只是單純運動跑健康的
在退伍前 三千大概是15分出頭
出社會有段時間
現在三千怎麼跑都是17分半左右
沒有固定每周跑
但至少兩周會跑一次 覺得有點挫折
後來廣播聽到于北辰講他的經驗
大概是說 有一次他業務做很多 每晚熬夜 結果鑑測沒過
他覺得很丟臉 兩周後再測一次
他就請教連上很會跑的弟兄 那個弟兄就教他
你先抓你要的時間 然後分好幾小段
每段用你要的平均時間跑進 一開始一定會很累 而且很短就停
但一定要先維持這個速度 慢慢增加距離
然後他就真的成功滿百 成績很好
最後就養成他長跑習慣
這個經驗跟我自己差異很大
以前自己的觀念 都是先能跑完三千
再從中看哪個階段可以增加速度 或是步伐頻率的
想請教說 有人用過于北辰的方法嗎
我是不是改用他的方法 進步會比較明顯呢
