跑了4個月大概都有摸到均量200
最近一個月的課表是星期三半馬
週末一場30K以上
為了應付萬金石的比賽
好像大家都說跑前兩個禮拜到一個月要減量 是要減少到什麼程度呢
然後怎麼也有人說比賽前一天一定要跑維持感覺?
這是因人而異吧
