請問該如何減緩腳酸的時間? - 路跑 Road Running

雖然跑步對消耗熱量很有幫助,但我禮拜二、禮拜三、禮拜四會選其中兩天打羽球,目前我是排禮拜五與禮拜日跑步,這樣對腳的負擔比較小,同時在打球的時候比較不會因為腳酸而跑不動,想把跑步的天數增加到三天,主要是想藉由跑步訓練肌耐力,對於打球也有幫助,但跑步完後的兩天腳都會有酸酸的感覺,例如禮拜五跑完要等到禮拜一才可以完全回復,請問大家有什麼方法可以讓肌肉痠痛感快點減緩的方法?
目前配速是8.5~9公里/小時,因為太久沒跑步,所以每次先跑7公里(40分左右),跑完後會喝無糖豆漿補充蛋白質,回家洗澡後會用按摩器+滾筒拉筋約一小時。
