我聽說游半小時以上才開始有消耗到脂肪
通常都會建議一次至少游一小時...
我大概一次會游2000m 但最多也不超過45min
如果要游一小時 我每次至少要游3000m ...
我覺得太多了 想到就懶...
還是要再放慢自己的速度呢...?
